LEITZ STYLE SENNHEISER PROMOTION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 1 FEBRUARY – 30 JUNE 2016.

  1. The montly winner of Sennheiser Urbanite head phones will be selected by a jury of Esselte employees and their choice is final.
  2. A Company/Person can only register once, with one email address, to have the opportunity to win Sennheiser Momentum head phones in the promotional period. The same is valid when purchasing one of the special limited promotional offers where you can get Sennheiser in-ear phones as a free bonus gift.
  3. Any possible tax implications arising from winning will be the responsibility of the participant.
  4. No cash or other alternative prizes are available except that in the event of circumstances outside of our control. Esselte reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value if the indicated prize is no longer avaliable.
  5. The campaign is open to residents of  Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania aged 18 years or over. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request. The registered person has to be a citizen of Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania and have a permanent address in the country.
  6. Employees and their immediate families of the Esselte Corporation, its agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate
  7. The determination and decision of Esselte on all matters of this promotion shall be final. Esselte reserves the right under reasonable discretion: To disqualify any participants whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the promotion and to declare as void any or all of their claims based on such conduct. To declare as void any claims resulting from any printing, production and/or distribution errors (including but not limited to any error(s) on the Esselte website or other printed material).
  8. Esselte reserves the right to withdraw the promotion (or parts of it) for any reason with 4 weeks notice given to everyone who has registered into the campaign or who may be involved in promoting the campaign on behalf of Esselte
  9. The slogan can be used by Esselte in marketing purposes of our Leitz STYLE products without any restrictions or payment obligations.
