Sitting, standing, moving - those who work ergonomically not only create a feel-good situation at the workplace, but also achieve better results. Leitz makes it easier to work healthier and comfortable. On the following pages, we have collected valuable tips for various posture-related aches and pains.
Help for Office Workers with Back Pain
Back pain caused by weak muscles through inactive sitting and postural pain caused by sitting too long with a rounded spine.
To help overcome this, if possible, sit with with your back in full contact with the backrest. This will fully support the back and give a zero gravity effect to reduce pressure on the spine.

Tips against neck pain
Many office workers spend long hours in front of a computer or laptop every day. This situation often results in neck pain due to computer or laptop use.
Tips against wrist pain
Do you suffer from pain in your wrist after a long day at the office? Carpal tunnel syndrome is a common complaint among office workers, especially those who spend long hours at the PC.
Carpal tunnel syndrome or mouse arm is caused by curved wrists and twisted bones. Keeping wrist postures straight will prevent awkward typing angles and help maintain high levels of performance over long periods of time.
Using a keyboard wrist rest and mouse pad wrist rest minimises the impact of repetitive strain injuries (RSI) and other aches and pains such as carpal tunnel syndrome from developing.
Tips against headaches
Many office workers are familiar with the problem: neck tension and the resulting headaches. A large proportion of these complaints can be attributed to poor sitting posture and unfavourable office equipment.
