Assembly:
Once you’ve chosen the right spot, follow these steps for optimum setup:
Assemble with Ease
The desk is delivered in flat-pack form and is quick to assemble with just a few tools. The sturdy steel frame and high-quality motor are designed for long-term daily use, so take care during assembly to ensure stability. Full instructions are included, and no complex wiring is required.
Adjust the Height (65–130 cm)
Once assembled, use the easy-touch control panel to raise or lower the desk. You can save up to four height preferences, so you can effortlessly switch between seated and standing positions at the touch of a button. The four height preferences are also useful if you are likely to share this desk with a colleague or family member.
For optimal ergonomics:
- Elbows should be at a 90° angle when typing
- Screen top should be at or slightly below eye level
- Feet flat on the floor or on a footrest
Enable the Stand-Up Reminder
Activate the integrated reminder function to notify you when it’s time to switch positions. You can customise the interval based on your needs — ideal for keeping good posture habits without breaking your flow.
Manage Your Cables
Use the built-in cable tray to route wires neatly under the desk. This helps reduce distractions and hazards, especially in shared rooms or open-plan spaces.
Finishing Touches – Add Ergonomic Accessories
Smart storage – think vertical, stay tidy - In small spaces, clutter adds up fast. Keep your desk clear by using vertical shelving or a pegboard system to store essentials like chargers, notebooks and stationery. Limit items on your desk to the essentials – screen, keyboard, mouse. Use the built in cable tray to route wires neatly – a tidy surface helps reduce distractions and make transitions between sitting and standing feel smoother.
Optimise for Movement – Ergonomic Accessories That Make a Big Difference
Standing doesn’t mean standing still. Standing desks are most effective when paired with accessories that support movement and comfort.
